try using leave in curlers that are gel, not the hard ones. They make the ones that have locking ends that turn to a loop, or possibly try REMINGTON TWISTERS for loose spiral curls/ Costly sometimes but probably more worth while

if your hair is naturally curly put some scrunching hair products in and leave it in a bun over night. x

in short? you don't. there are spiral rollers you can buy but it won't look like that.....it's been tonged and is probably permed as well by the looks of it.

Yes I think the best are the soft spungie ones. they are easy to sleep with.
