Straight to curly?

My hair is naturally straight but i want my hair to become curly. The problem is that my hair is really thick and some people i know said that it would ruin your hair. How can i get straight hair to this, do i have to go to the salon or can i do it myself? Heres a picture of what kind of curly im talking about,

Straight to curly?

You wouldnt get it like that with a perm. But you can get it with blow drying it out and then curling it with velcro rolllers. But that hair is pretty i wish i had it!!

Straight to curly?

just use jumbo curlers and sleep with them in in the morning when you take then out use a light hiar spray..

Straight to curly?

You can get curls like that by using a curling iron and some hairspray, but if you want it to be permanent go to a salon and get a perm. Remember that perms have to grow out, they don't just go limp after a while. If you do it the right way it shouldn't damage your hair.

Straight to curly?

i would say to get a perm..

Straight to curly?

Very pretty. You can achieve this look by using either large hot rollers or a large barrel curling iron. A perm will most likely not give you this look and might get frizzy and dry.
