Highlights?

I'm looking for pics of dark brown hair with natural looking (i.e. not stripey or chunky lol) lighter brown highlights? like pecans, hazlenuts, ash browns?

preferably on someone with fair skin so I can get an idea of how it will look....any help would be great thanks :)

Btw I have looked in hair magazines, hair websites, google, yahoo etc. Just wanna check that I haven't missed any decent pics lol.

google brown highlights, they will have to bleach it first if your hair is dark brown an then dye it a lighter brown
