There's an advertisement somewhere in the magazine for the vans warped tour. In the ad there's a picture of two girls purchasing merchandise. One of them has black hair with a red streak in it and a nose ring. I need that picture for referance...I'm going to a salon soon and I need it!

Amanda Bynes appeared on the April 2006 cover issue of Elle Girl. I've tried searching for pdf files of the this specific issue on Rapidshare blogs. Unfortunately it didn't come up. However, i did find this site:

I went ahead and downloaded the March issue hoping there's a chance the same ad you describe might've been printed just a month before. No luck.
It is available on eBay for just $9, tho. Sorry.

I've got the April 2006 issue and it's got Amanda Bynes on the cover. But I scanned it and i didn't find any sign of what you mentioned. And if I did? What would be the point?
