Ladies how many times do you change your hair color and style of hair a year?

I get so bored I have brown now for the winter but I want to put blond highlights in my hair again and go blond hehehe....I change all the time its crazy!! How about you??My hairstyle only once or twice a year I try to wear what flatters me and not whats in the magazines :)))

Let's see. I used to be really bad about this and change my hair color at least every two months and the style every four or five months. Now I probably get it cut a maximum of three times a year, but I generally stick with the same style... shoulder-length with layers. I change the color generally twice a year.. I go darker in the winter, and lighter in the summer. However, this past winter I decided to keep it blond instead of dying it a dark red or brown like I usually do. I think blond looks best on me since that is my natural color (of course I add a few highlights).

i change my hair color slightly with highlights about every couple of years.

im kind of weary about changing my hair too drastically b/c i have had bad experiences with experimenting with different looks. and i have damaged it before with dyes and other chemicals.

so i will just use rollers if i want curls, flat irons for straight looks, and gel if i just want to keep the natual waves. i cant afford to regret bad hair choices because i take great pride in my long, thick, healthy head of hair :)

I change mine whenever i want to. Usually every couple months might try something a little different but nothing drastic. My sister does hair so that always helps lol

The longest I had the same hair color was two months since the eight grade and I am a senior now.. So I change it all the time

I try doing it the less as possible! lol I don't want my hair to get more damaged. I probably get it done 1 to 2 times a year. Depnding on the circumstances though lol I died my hair all blonde on the top once and you need to dye it every so often to maintain the roots looking good. Thats good that you are unique self, I do the same!

I don't change my hair color that often. I usually keep it blonder in the spring and summer, and then more of a dark blonde/light brown color in the fall and winter. I use extensions for my highlights, just so I won't be damaging my hair because I'm constantly changing the color I want my highlights to be (right now they're more of a platinum blonde color, a couple of weeks ago they were pink). Hair cut wise though, oh man, I change mine as soon as I get bored with it's current style which happens quite often...but I'm pretty much obsessed with hair, so that explains it :)

when i find something i LOVE ill keep it up for a few months but i too get really tired with it and will find something Drastic to do that people will all notice.

like for instance, during the summer i was very light and highlighted, then i got my blonde extensions for a while

the day i took out the extensions i completely changed and went chocolate brown with burgundy lowlights

still look hott but deffinantly different

I highlighted mine for 10 years (I am naturally dark) and I got tired of the upkeep and the cost so I am dark again. But my nauturally curly hair is usually straight now....I started flat ironing it daily. So, those are my changes!

I have never done any color treating- too chicken. But I have been every length and style from chin to waist. Tried layers and blunt cuts, board straight, wavy, a bad spiral perm or two (I'm a slow learner). I feel like I am ready for a fairly drastic change- been thinking about under layer streaks of some wild color...

I am done colouring my hair because I want my brown hair back again, but when I was still colouring it, I would dye it a red-auburn colour or a lighter shade of brown...about three times a year.

I use to be a hairstylist by profession. Got really board with that. I use to change it probably every couple years. But when I became a spiritualist I went natural pulled my hair back and called it good. I don't car for it any more. It is said that the hair is only tied to the false ego and identification with this body. When people are having identity Crissie's they tend to change their hair. But that doesn't change anything internally, it only puts one in more of an identity crisis, because we are not this body, we are all eternal spirit souls. That is why monks shave their head and religious women cover it. To renounce the idea of the body as the self.

I have never died my hair. Ever. Though, I have gotten a bit bored with brown. May be I'll try some lighter brown highlights. I like to leave my hair out a lot of the time

I have never dyed my hair in all 26 years of my life on earth, however, I might give consideration to blonde highlights in my dark brown hair.

I agree.. sometimes the stuff in magazines are wayy too over the top. Like look at me outfits! I don't ever change my hair colour, and change my style like once.

I don't change my color anymore ( I use to in high school....I've been everything from a red-head to green). I like my dark hair now. Its getting pretty long now, but I won't cut it. I may change the style from time to time, but nothing drastic.

I don't color my hair, altho. I think to some times, the thought of the roots growing out to fast, puts the damp on my thoughts. I wear what suits my hair and face shape.
