I read gothic beauty magazine, and I saw some girls in last months issue, It was a page on makeup tips, one was firey night look and the other was a girl with purple hair, and she had the coolest eyebrows, how can I get those at home? Is it all drawn on, or can you make your arch that high?

I'm looking at the article that you're talking about, and it does look like those are her real eyebrows. She just has very high natural eyebrows and plucks the hell out of them, and is arching them for the photo. Depending on how your eyebrows naturally arch, you can get pretty close to that look by plucking out most of your lower eyebrows. But it can be tricky, and you might want a professional to do it the first time. Or you can go the easier route and shave off your eyebrows completely and draw them in. Oh, and in the picture she's wearing a pale eyeshadow, which tends to make there look like there's more space than their really is.

There is Goth Beauty. I know because I have friends that are and work with very pretty goth girls. They all don't where black all the time. Didn't they have a tip guide in that mag? Try any site for eyebrow arching or jusst google it.

It's pretty much drawn on when you see a really high arch. The eyebrows are completely covered with foundation and powder, then the arch is drawn on.

You don't want to even attempt to create your own eyebrows like that -- seriously, it is not pretty unless you're in full makeup, which is why it's drawn on. Also, you run the risk of not having your own eyebrows grow back...... Not a good thing to be facing.
